Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- Products returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Products received damaged or defective
- Incorrect items sent due to a fulfillment error
- Products you tried and were not satisfied with — if it was not the right fit for you, just reach out and we will make it right
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Products returned after 60 days from the delivery date
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
- Gift cards or digital products
Not Happy With Your Purchase?
We get it — supplements are not one size fits all. If you tried the product and it was not what you expected, email us at contact@nutracorse.com within 60 days of delivery and we will work with you on a refund or exchange. No hassle, no judgment. We want you to find what works for you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@nutracorse.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at contact@nutracorse.com.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products if you received the wrong item, your product arrived damaged or defective, or you would like to try a different product instead. Email contact@nutracorse.com with your order number and our team will take care of you.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nutracorse.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Nutracorse error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Nutracorse is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
